Infusion delivers a custom Falcon Eye integration for Microsoft Surface to the Tampa PD.

With the Super Bowl and millions of tourists it brings fast approaching, the Tampa Police Department was seeking a method of processing incident and event details in a manner that was intuitive and easily understood. Reports were being consistently input into the police database, but there was no existing method of communicating this information in an easily-managed, visual presentation. Infusion was engaged by a Tampa Police partner to resolve these issues.

In conjunction with two of the Tampa Police’s existing data management and voice over IP partners, Infusion implemented its operational dashboard, Falcon Eye, to provide the solution.
