Requirements
At Infusion Development our consultants work closely with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business model and work flow. This understanding allows us to identify with our clients’ business challenges as closely as they do. Understanding the business problem is key to developing a clear set of requirements and the requirements are, in turn, the first step towards developing a solution to resolve that problem.

Architecture Design
The next step is to move into the architecture design phase of the development cycle. Architecture design is one of our recognized specialties and consequently we are often engaged by Microsoft directly to participate in their internal architecture design sessions. The experience gained in these sessions gives our software architects the ability to offer superior guidance and advice, which ensures that the custom business solutions we build are stable, scalable and developed on the technologies best suited for the job.

Development
Once the solution has been architected, it’s time to move into the development phase. The lead architect is then joined by a team of highly skilled developers; leading them to ensure that the vision for the project is realized and that the application comes together exactly as planned.

Quality Assurance Testing
Once the initial development phase is completed, it’s time to move into quality assurance. Our Quality Assurance Analysts have experience with automated and manual testing. They will develop their test cases and patterns based on how the application will actually be used by the business to ensure the highest standards of quality. Once the application has passed our rigorous quality control, it is then handed over to the client’s team for user acceptance testing. Our promise is to ensure that the client is fully and completely satisfied with the final deliverable.

Hosting
If external hosting is something that is desired or required for your solution, we offer top-quality hosting services for all of our custom developed applications. Infusion has partnered with a premiere hosting company, RackSpace, which allows us to offer our clients all the benefits of hosting with a large and specialized managed hosting company, including zero-downtime. 

Support
Once the final solution has been deployed to the live environment, Infusion Development can structure short term or long term technical support contracts. Short term support contracts often consist of training and mentoring programs which help facilitate the transition of technical support from the Infusion team over to our client's internal development team. Alternatively, we can develop a long term technical support contract where our support engineers are available to offer email and telephone technical support and fixes for an extended period of time.
